A Sustainable Business Network Award nomination, our products on shelves at select Countdown and Huckleberry stores, an ever growing network of Drop-Off locations including two in Tauranga, and our very own brand new Little.  So that you can celebrate with us, every time you purchase a Little & Brave product from 23 September 2019 – 27 November 2019, you have the chance to enter a draw to win a supply of Little & Brave eco nappies from BIRTH TO POTTY (with proof of purchase).

How to Enter
Online – All purchases made online at www.littleandbrave.co.nz will be automatically entered into the draw.
In Store – In store purchases will require a proof of purchase. To enter please send a picture of your Countdown Supermarkets receipt, or Huckleberry receipt, to hello@littleandbrave.co.nz via email. In order for your entry to be valid please make sure that we can see the Little & Brave product/s on the receipt and the date on the receipt.

Prize Definition
A supply of Little & Brave Eco Nappies from BIRTH TO POTTY is defined as ONE (1) pack of nappies each week until your child is 3 years of age. The total number of packs shall not exceed 156 packs. Nappies will be delivered by courier every four weeks to the Winner’s designated address. The Winner will also receive a Little & Brave Bundle containing THREE packs of nappies, TWO packs of wipes and THREE Snap Pants or Snap Wraps. It will be the responsibility of the Winner to contact Little & Brave via email, to change the size of nappy required or destination address.

Competition Dates and Location
This Competition runs from 12.00am on 23 September, 2019 to 12.00pm on 27 November, 2019. The prize is to be delivered to a New Zealand address only.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility to enter
Entry is only open to New Zealand residents. Employees of Little & Brave Eco Nappies and immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The prize is to be delivered to a New Zealand address.

Entry into the promotion
Entries must comply with all entry criteria as set out in the text of the promotion.
Entries will only be accepted if criteria has been completed in full within the timeframe stated.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who is not an Eligible Entrant, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
Each receipt is valid for one entry only.
Each online purchase is valid for one entry only.

Determination of Winner/Winners
The Winner/Winners are selected at random at 5pm on Wednesday, 27 November, 2019.
All valid entries received between the dates specified in the promotion copy connected to the competition will be considered.
The number of Winners will be detailed in the promotion copy connected to the competition.
The result of the draw/s is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification of the Winner
Little & Brave will contact the Winner using the same platform used by the Winner to enter the competition.

Right of the Promoter to redraw
If we are unable to contact the Winner after having made reasonable efforts to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entry. If the Winner does not make contact to collect the prize within two (2) weeks the prize will be forfeited.

Transfer of Prize to Drop & Collect Service
The Winner, at the discretion of the Promoter, and by mutual agreement by both parties may transfer the prize to a fortnightly Drop & Collect service where available.

The prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or for other products.
Should the Winner wish to transfer the prize to another person (as a gift or similar) this can be done once only and must be confirmed in writing.
The Winner’s name may be published on our website and via social media channels.
As a condition of participating in a promotion, the Winner indemnifies the Promoter, all organisers, sponsors and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with that promotion against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which the Promoter may incur arising out of the Winner’s participation in the Promotion and/or participation in a prize, howsoever caused.
