Chocolate bean smoothie ice block

3 tablespoons canned black beans

1x tablespoon almond butter or other nut butter

2x tablespoons maple syrup,

1x ripe banana

1x teaspoon cocoa

milk (coconut cream, plant based or dairy milk) – enough to blend everything together until smooth

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Place in ice block molds and place in freezer until frozen.

Tropical, green ice block

1 cup of chopped fresh pineapple

1/2 cup roughly cut spinach

1x banana

Orange juice to blend

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Place in ice block molds and place in freezer until frozen.

1/4 cup cooked diced kumara

5 x dates

1x banana

1/4 cup blueberries

6x pitted cherries
